Profit and Loss SSC Questions

Questions are vital important for practicing after doing a lot of exercises on the same topic. Today, I have completed my chapter of Profit and Loss that have 160 questions. I have pointed out some of important questions for upcoming exams.

1. The cost price of 19 articles is equal to the selling price of 16 articles. Gain percent is:

2. If on selling 12 notebooks, a seller makes a profit equal to the selling price of 4 notebooks, what is his percent profit?

3. A man purchased a Box full of pencils at the rate of 7 for Rs. 9 and sold all of them at the rate of 8 for Rs. 11. In this transaction, he gained Rs. 10. How many pencils did the box contain?

4. By selling 12 toffees for a rupee, a man loses 20%. How many should be sell for Rs. 24 to gain 20% in the transaction?

National Sports Day: 29 August, birthday of Major Dhyan Chand

The National Sports day is celebrated on 29th August every year to mark the birthday of legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand. To celebrate the day various programs are being conducted through the country.On this occasion, President Ram Nath Kovind give away the sports Awards.
